I can set clear achievement goals catered for your specific needs, going through all your current habits including eating and exercise. Then work on simple improvements, such as cutting out high saturated fats and sugary products, discussing portion sizes and importantly increasing physical activity to achieve a balanced calorie intake to match your personal goals, whether that be weight loss or gain.

​Remember! its not always necessarily about weight loss.... everyone is different.

I will incorporate strength training specific to your needs, this is essential for building and maintaining muscle mass. Alongside exercises that will burn calories and improves cardiovascular health and fitness which can help fast track fat loss.

Not forgetting your sleep. good sleeping habits play a pivotal role as it supports recovery, regulates your hunger hormones and improves metabolism.  Regular exercise has the added benefit of aiding sleep, so its a win-win scenario.​​​​​

Train at a gym

Training at a purpose made gym is is great way to get the results you wish to achieve. A gym has a much wider range of aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights.

The thought of going in to a gym  environment may seem daunting at first, especially if it is your first time but I assure you there is nothing to be apprehensive about.  Everyone else at the gym is there for the same reason as you, to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.
